Great River Care Center is offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career in healthcare through our Earn While You Learn CNA Program. This accelerated, 5-week training course combines classroom learning with hands-on experience. Best of all, participants receive pay while completing the program.
What You’ll Gain:
- Paid training while you complete the CNA certification course. $18.00-$19.25 + $2.00 shift differential after 2pm.

Responsibilities After Certification:
- Provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities for residents
- Support residents’ health, comfort, and overall well-being
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to maintain a safe, caring environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
- Compassion for working with older adults and individuals in need of care
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to commit to the full 5-week training program
- No prior certification required — we provide the training!
