We have been anxiously awaiting the coming of spring and counting down the days until we can say goodbye to this awful winter weather!  We did take advantage of the snow by making some delicious snow ice cream and building indoor snowmen during one of the winter storms.  You just have to make the best of what mother nature sends your way!

So, in March we will be celebrating the coming spring, the warmer weather, St. Patrick’s Day, and all things “Springy!”

The facility was invited to participate in McGregor’s Friends Helping Friends Parade on Saturday, March 9th at 10am.  Unfortunately, the weather will still be too chilly for residents to walk in the parade, but we have some brave staff members who have undertaken the task of learning to dance with a walker!  We will be dancing in the parade to “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” and we would love to see you at the parade!!  Who knows, we may have to take our show on the road (to other parades of course).  Thank you for all you do to support our facility, activities, and residents!
