Quality Initiative Recognition Program

We’ve got some exciting news!! Great River Care Center was recently recognized by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living for our achievements in the quality care we provide. We accomplished four out of four national goals in the following areas: Reducing hospitalizations, improving customer satisfaction, safely reducing antipsychotic usage, and improving/maintaining functional outcomes.
