HappyGram Reminder

Just a quick reminder that our residents love receiving HappyGrams!  They are super easy and free to send.  Head over to http://happygram.org, select Great River Care Center from their list of facilities, type in who you are sending your HappyGram to, and you can even attach a picture.  They send them to me in an email the next business day and I'll deliver them to your loved one.
